PBX in a Flash 2.0.6.2.3 (build your own variance) Vs. PBX in a Flash 2.0.6.2.2 (Purple with FreePBX 2.9)

What is the difference between PBX in a Flash 2.0.6.3 build your own variance vs Purple with FreePBX 2.9?

The  PBX in a Flash 2.0.6.2 with Purple with FreePBX 2.9 is a prebuilt with asterisk 1.8 and FreePBX 2.9.  With this version, you do not have to run piafdl to build your PBX.  This will save you 30 to 60 minuites of building/compiling your PBX.

With PBX Flash 2.0.6.3 build your own,  you have the option to build choose the color of PIAF (this include a specific version number of your asterisk).  For your information,  in PIAF

PURPLE = Asterisk 1.8

RED = Asterisk 10.0

BROWN = Certified Asterisk release from Digium®

To build specific version of Asterisk, login to your ssh console and run piadf.  The detail of parameter that you can pass is available in http://pbxinaflash.com/community/index.php?threads/pbx-in-a-flash-2-0-6-x-versions.11848/
